ClickScale provides custom 3D printing services based on customer-submitted or requested designs.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before production begins

• Prices are subject to change at any time

• Custom quotes are valid for a limited time

3. Custom Work & File Responsibility

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any files you submit

• ClickScale is not liable for copyright or trademark violations in submitted designs

4. Production & Lead Times

• Production times are estimates, not guarantees

• Delays may occur due to demand, technical issues, or material availability

5. Returns & Refunds

• Custom 3D prints are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect

• If there is an issue, contact us within [48 Hours] of delivery

• We may offer replacements or partial refunds at our discretion

6. Product Limitations

• 3D printed items may have minor imperfections

• Strength, durability, and finish may vary depending on material and design

• Products are not guaranteed for structural, medical, or safety-critical use

7. Shipping

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

• Risk transfers to the customer once the item is shipped

8. Limitation of Liability

ClickScale is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Misuse of printed products

• Design flaws in customer-provided files

9. Intellectual Property

• Customers retain rights to their submitted designs

• ClickScale retains rights to any original designs created by us unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
